This class will explore how technicians can enhance the diagnostic process, enabling them to better present findings to customers and ensure critical services get completed. We will discuss:

  • Increasing Productivity - Implementing a repeatable test plan
  • Nailing the Customer Interview - Getting the right information the first time
  • Classifying failure symptoms
  • Testing technique building skills for improved accuracy
  • Reviewing data capture methods - Building the "known good" library
