Sales are based on emotions and the key to making the sale is understanding the emotions of your "buyers". Those emotions translate into "buying personalities". Whether we are "selling" a service to an external customer, or "selling" a process to your internal customers, it all boils down to the same thing. The ability to help your "buyer" understand what's in it for them and how to convey the message in a language they understand. Understanding buying personalities will not only help you increase your average repair order, but it will help you get buy-in from your staff, and even help to improve your relationship skills.
In today's class, you will learn the 5 buying personalities and how to apply that knowledge in any situation, and what are some of the things shaping and driving buying personalities today. We will also discuss a secret weapon that every service advisor has at their disposal. This will be an interactive class that will allow you to start using the information immediately and ask situational questions. You will leave the class understanding how to identify each of the 5 buying personalities and how to convey any message in the language each personality understands.
